Job Summary

Maintenance Technician

Full Time Non-Exempt

Ravenscroft School seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and functionality of our campus buildings and grounds. This role includes general maintenance minor electrical and plumbing repairs painting event set-up equipment operation and assisting with safety and security needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and minor repairs on buildings and grounds
Maintain and install non-certified electrical and plumbing systems
Paint repair and set up facilities for events
Operate tools golf carts lifts and other motorized equipment
Support traffic control campus safety and storm clean-up
Perform other duties as assigned to support facilities operations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years maintenance-related experience
Valid NC CDL required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a diverse team
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and special events

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions
Exposure to dust dirt pollen noise and chemicals
Frequent standing walking bending stooping kneeling and lifting upn to 50 lbs
Operation of hand tools power tools and motorized equipment
