Your responsibilities:
Day to day operations in the accounts payable area:
Processing/posting and verifying purchase invoices/credit notes/payments in advance (with and without orders) business trip settlements
Updating suppliers data
Preparing payment proposals
Contacting suppliers with regard to confirming external and internal supliers accountbalances details of payments made payment requests
Reviewing suppliers accounts and settlements with suppliers
Developing and updating applicable P2P procedures
Identifying potential risks in the process and proposing solutions/iprovements/streamlining
Preparing and analysing basic data and reports
Job-related support for other team members
Our requirements:
Ability to read write and communicate in Slovak/Czech in a business setting
Ability to read write and communicate in English in a business setting
Experience in accountancy (on Accountant position)
Higher education in finance/accountancy would be an asset
Good knowledge of MS Excel knowledge of SAP (on Accountant position)
Analytical thinking attention to detail
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn
