The Clinical Coordinator supports the Clinical Manager in ensuring ongoing clinical excellence and a standard of care that reflects a person-centered holistic culture and fully incorporates Arvidas Attitude of Living Well. This includes supporting the development of self-led wellness and care teams within households that are resident-led and reflect the Arvida values.
We are looking for people who love:
- To mentor and support clinical teams to manage clinical risk as it emerges and deliver positive outcomes.
- To support household teams to deliver safe appropriate and person-centered care in an environment of continuous improvement.
Our Clinical Coordinator provides clinical care including assessments planning and delivery of care according to accepted nursing practice and standards. This includes leading supervising and guiding other members of the team and ensuring medical instructions and procedures are correctly administered documented and monitored. You will also provide a responsive service by communicating with residents and family and participating in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.

To be considered for this role you must have:
- Current Practicing Certificate
- InterRAI Assessor & Syringe Driver.
- Eligibility to work in NZ.
- Team leadership skills
- Honesty and integrity
- High energy physical fitness and enthusiasm
- Good customer service organisation and problem-solving
- Written oral and interpersonal communication
- Ability to work rostered shifts
- Excellent assessment skills
- Have a good understanding of Infection Control
