Examples of the skills knowledge and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors degree
Minimum Years of Experience: 15 total; at least 5 years at Manager level. Health industries knowledge preferred
Skills Preferred:
Demonstrates knowledge and/or a proven record of success in managing cross-territory operations including daily tracking of administrative and technical controls met and coordinating with global mobility.
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in identifying evaluating building and implementing new cross-territory business processes and procedures
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in managing global delivery-related services and solutions
Ability to team across territories including establishing on-going meetings with multiple teams executing engagements at the same time conducting calls and responding to email queries across global time zones
Demonstrates extensive ability to communicate effectively to all levels within an organization both in writing and verbally. Ability to clearly document and communicate any potential security incidents identified escalating as appropriate
Ability to perform in an environment of change where maintaining effectiveness while managing multiple and shifting priorities and communicating changes to all parties is paramount
Demonstrated success in the Health industries preferred and posseses relationships with Partners and Directors
Demonstrates extensive ability to work independently schedule and organize work effectively work flexible hours when necessary. Attention to detail and being detailed oriented is mandatory
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (emphasis on Powerpoint Word Excel & Google Tools) to design implement and manage dashboards scorecards schedules and reports
Self-starter and self-motivated
Strong initiative and proven ability to multi-task work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
