The Opportunity:

Your Role at Sephora:

The Content Producer is a hands-on production expert supporting Sephoras Hair & Fragrance Marketing campaigns from initial concept to final delivery. Reporting to the Senior Content Producer of Fragrance & Hair this role will manage the photo and video production process from end to end including sourcing creative talent executing shoot production and overseeing the entire post-production process. The ideal individual for this role is an innovative problem-solver with a strong eye for the right creative partners and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time & on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Production Leadership: Oversee all production and post-production needs including scoping estimating scheduling casting art buying pre-production shooting stills retouching video editing finishing and final billing.
  • Production Management: Build detailed production schedules and aggregate internal updates for third-party vendors and creative partners.
  • Pre-Production Coordination: Organize and lead pre-production meetings for mid-scale photo and video shoots with cross-functional partners artists and vendors.
  • Talent & Vendor Negotiation: Identify negotiate and secure appropriate creative talent and production partners for various projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve production challenges with ingenuity and resilience.
  • Business Affairs Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Affairs team to secure usage rights and execute contracts.
  • On-Set Leadership: Manage physical production of content shoots ensuring creative vision is met.
  • Campaign Oversight: Handle day-to-day management of multiple ongoing projects.
  • Vendor & Crew Coordination: Book and manage studios locations crew catering parking and all other vendors.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel for talent crew and team members.
  • Casting Management: Coordinate model castings including presenting packages negotiating rates booking details and overseeing contracts.
  • Equipment & Studio Coordination: Partner with the Studio team to book equipment for shoots.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work directly with creative leads and implement feedback during shoots.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Creative Marketing Operations and other teams.
  • Budget Management: Estimate track and manage approved budgets through final delivery.
  • Financial Administration: Gather advances and final invoices; work with Operations on payment processing.
  • Management of projects through tools such as Smartsheet Sharepoint Figma .

  • 5 years of Content Production & Post-Production experience.
  • Thrives in an intensive multi-tasking and hands-on environment.
  • Budget and financial acumen with strong understanding of production process.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent technical skills - MS Office; Excel Word PowerPoint.
  • Solid organizational skills detail-oriented; time management skills ability to juggle priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills; ability to work with a variety of people in various disciplines.
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fluid environment where new projects pop up daily.
  • Ability to adhere to notes and see projects through to the end both on-time and on-budget.

The annual base salary range for this position is $105570.00- $117990.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors which may include as applicable the applicants qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
