We are currently seeking an Account Manager II (Gas Detector)to join ourteam in ourChangiSingaporeoffice. As an Account Manager ll (Gas Detector) here at Honeywell Process Solutions you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing client accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth through renewals upsells and cross-sells. This role requires strong relationship management strategic sales planning and collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries concerns and service needs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction engagement and retention.

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Drive revenue growth through contract renewals upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the companys footprint within current clients.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and company objectives.

Sales Support and Strategy

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations proposals and performance reports.
  • Analyze sales data market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products solutions and industry trends to effectively position offerings to clients.

Administrative and Internal Collaboration

  • Manage and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. operations technical support finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client and sales data in CRM systems such as Salesforce (SFDC).

MUST HAVE:

  • Diploma or bachelors degree in engineering with 3 years of Gas Detector experience in semiconductor industry
  • A technical background is beneficial given the nature of gas detection equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are crucial for interacting with customers and presenting information.
  • The ability to analyze customer needs and negotiate effectively is vital for closing sales.
  • A willingness to learn about gas detector technology hazards and maintenance is essential for providing accurate solutions to customers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications is generally expected.
  • A pleasant personality a positive outlook initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are highly valued.
