What youll be doing at the clients site:

Understanding analyzing and designing business processes that align with our clients needs and strategic pillars: these are your core responsibilities as our Process collaboration with our multidisciplinary team of consultants youll evaluate current processes identify potential gaps and identify opportunities. Youll be involved in all phases of the project from gathering and validating requirements and process modeling to implementing new workflows and monitoring results. Curious about a project like this

Youll work according to GRIPP principles our in-house methodology for accurately and efficiently analyzing our clients processes.
Youll analyze and document existing business processes including identifying inefficiencies bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
Youll design streamlined and efficient workflows.
Youll use process modeling tools and techniques to create visual representations of processes such as Adonis flowcharts and process diagrams. Advise your clients on best practices for process design and optimization.
Provide training and support to users.
