You will manage Grab Indonesias loyalty programsGrabUnlimited (GU) GrabVIP and GrabRewardsreporting to the Platform and Loyalty Marketing Manager.
GrabUnlimited offers paid memberships with exclusive deals GrabVIP provides premium perks for top spenders and GrabRewards boosts user engagement through partnerships and an earn-and-burn system.
Your role includes managing end-to-end GTM planning for Grab Indonesias loyalty programs for GrabUnlimited while supporting the Marketing Manager of ID Loyalty Marketing.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Collaborate with partners to define GTM goals scope and key deliverables.
- Manage budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-efficiency and adherence to approved resources.
- Coordinate with teams and brief them on marketing requirements timelines and goals.
- Oversee execution and ensure quality deliverables across partners while acting as PMO for ID Loyalty programs.
- Anticipate risks and ensure smooth execution of GTM plans.
- Prepare post-event reports with insights performance metrics and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing Management Business Administration or Communications.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience analyzing large datasets to obtain insights.
- Project management abilities with cross-department collaboration expertise.
- Proficiency in English and having a collaborative mindset.
