Salary: 24200 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Plus On call duties
Location: Redditch & Bromsgrove (office-based with community visits)

About the Role
As a Sales Care Consultant youll be at the heart of what we dosupporting clients from their first enquiry through to ongoing care. Youll build trusted relationships coordinate high-quality care plans and contribute to business development efforts in the local area.
Key Duties:
- Conduct in-home care assessments and create tailored care plans
- Build relationships with clients families and care professionals
- Monitor care delivery and ensure ongoing client satisfaction
- Assist with recruitment and care coordination where needed
- Promote our services locally and identify opportunities for growth
- Take part in the on-call rota providing support outside of office hours on an evening and weekend Rota basis
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring proactive and highly organised
- Experience in care customer service or sales (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential)
