Our 24-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides you with a learning environment to help you become a well-rounded consultant and launch your career.

A dedicated Graduate Development Manager will be your guide providing support and ensuring youre on the right track.

The UK-based team of Real Estate Consultants provide practical evidence-based advice to a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients across both the private and public sectors. Our expertise spans the development of robust HM Treasury Green Book business cases the formulation of real estate strategies and the mobilisation of estate optimisation programmes - ensuring our clients maximise the value and performance of their real estate assets.

We empower clients to make informed decisions about their future real estate needs. By aligning real estate assets with corporate service and operational objectives we help define a clear real estate vision and guide clients towards the right investment choices.

Our client base includes corporate occupiers (public and private sector) real estate investors and developers property companies landowners and service providers. We work extensively with government departments local authorities NHS trusts and organisations across the retail manufacturing and technology sectors.

As a Junior Consultant you will gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of key REC services including:

  • Developing estate and asset management strategies
  • Leading estate transformation projects
  • Authoring robust investment business cases in line with HM Treasury Green Book guidance
  • Shaping new workplace strategies
  • Providing place-based consultancy advice

Other Requirements

In some regional roles the ability to drive may be necessary due to the location of client offices.

To be considered for roles in the Defence arena you will need to pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance. This process will begin once youve accepted an offer and confirmed your willingness to undergo the checks.
