What youll be doing:
- Leading and coaching a team of underwriters to deliver consistent high-quality decisions
- Creating a culture of engagement development and accountability
- Contributing to planning and forecasting to ensure efficient work allocation
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicating clearly and confidently across a range of topics
- Encouraging constructive challenge to improve customer journeys and team efficiency
- Using performance data and observations to set expectations and track progress
- Ensuring service levels meet customer expectations and business commitments
Qualifications :

- Understanding HR policies insurance principles and business strategy
- Communicating effectively and confidently with diverse audiences
- Making accurate and confident decisions within authorised autonomy
- Analysing and interpreting management information and risk data

- Organising time and workflow to deliver expected outcomes
- Holding a CII diploma or equivalent experience (desirable)
