Event Planning and Content Operation:
Plan and organize high-quality conference activities (such as procurement matchmaking meetings keynote speeches industry forums) based on the exhibition theme and buyer needs. Write and optimize the exhibition publicity content including official website copy press releases new media posts etc. Design attractive activity highlights to enhance the exhibition brand influence and participation.
Audience Recruitment and Relationship Maintenance:
Develop and implement an audience recruitment plan to attract high-quality buyers to participate in the exhibition through online and offline channels (email new media phone invitations). Maintain the core audience database and establish and strengthen long-term relationships with medium and large enterprises.
Speaker Invitation and Conference Management:
Screen and invite industry experts and corporate executives as speakers and design a conference agenda that meets market demand. Maintain good communication with speakers coordinate speech content and on-site arrangements and ensure the smooth progress of the conference. Be responsible for the execution and management of the conference site solve unexpected problems and ensure the effectiveness of the activity.
New Media and Marketing Channel Management:
Develop and implement new media operation strategies to expand the exhibition exposure through platforms such as WeChat official accounts and LinkedIn. Analyze the effectiveness of various marketing channels and continuously optimize the promotion strategy to increase audience participation.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Track key data indicators of audience recruitment and activity participation and regularly report the effectiveness of marketing activities to the superior. Combine market feedback and data to propose improvement suggestions and enhance the exhibition audience satisfaction and market coverage.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or above with priority given to those with a major in marketing advertising communication or related fields.
Over 5 years of experience in market promotion event planning or conference management with priority given to those familiar with B2B exhibitions or industry events. Have the complete experience of independently being in charge of an event from planning to execution.
Ability Requirements:
Planning Ability: Able to independently complete the full process planning of conference activities including topic design speaker invitation etc.
Copywriting Ability: Possess excellent content writing and editing skills and be able to accurately convey the value of the exhibition.
Communication and Coordination Ability: Good at collaborating with all parties including speakers audience and suppliers and solving complex problems.
Data-Driven: Have the ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies through data-driven approaches.
