Description
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team the Head of Teaching and Learning holds both strategic and operational responsibility for shaping the academic direction of the School. This role balances visionary educational leadership with the practical implementation of curriculum pedagogy and professional learning initiatives.
The Head of Teaching and Learning is instrumental in fostering a culture of academic excellence and innovation that empowers students to become independent resilient and adaptable learners. It requires a leader who can inspire and mentor staff champion evidence-based teaching practices and ensure cohesive learning pathways from Kindergarten to Year 12.
This role oversees curriculum development assessment inclusive education and professional growth programs for teachers.
