Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Planner (Senior or Associate Director level) to join our Infrastructure team in Adelaide. This role supports a critical infrastructure program as part of a nationally significant endeavour and will play a critical part in planning and project controls.
As a Project Planner you will:
- Develop and maintain detailed construction programs and the Master Schedule.
- Integrate scheduling with reporting and broader project controls functions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across planning pre-construction construction and commissioning phases.
- Monitor analyse and report on schedule performance progress and forecasts.
- Conduct schedule quality checks critical path analysis and delay/forensic reviews.
- Present schedule insights through dashboards and summary reports.
Qualifications :
In order to be successful in your application you will need:
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Security Clearance.
- Willingness to be located in Adelaide.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner Scheduler or Schedule Manager on major infrastructure projects (e.g. rail utilities aviation civil ports transport).
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 with exposure to tools such as Safran Acumen Fuse Primavera Risk and Power BI.
- Experience working in both consultancy and client-side environments.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from Project Directors.
