Job Summary
Join Avani Central Melbourne Residences and help keep our property looking its best in the heart of the city. Were seeking a reliable Common Area Cleaner to maintain spotless and welcoming public spaces hallways and facilities. Youll work both independently and with a supportive team to ensure high cleaning standards across the building.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining all public and common areas including lobbies corridors lifts and restrooms
- Performing detailed cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning floor care and polishing surfaces
- Assisting with building cleaning and general maintenance of high-traffic areas
- Reporting maintenance issues and ensuring health and safety standards are met
- Supporting the housekeeping team when required
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in public area cleaning building cleaning or carpet cleaning (hotel or residential environment preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays
