Smithfield Tavern is on the hunt for energetic customer-focused legends to join our fun fast-paced team! If youve got a bright smile a can-do attitude and love making every guest feel like a VIP we want to hear from you.
Youll be serving up great food cold drinks and good vibes across our bistro bar and gaming areas. RSA & RSG are a must and previous hospitality or gaming experience will put you ahead of the game. Were looking for reliable team players with good availability across days nights weekends and public holidays flexibility is key in our world! A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:
- Be the face of the floor connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guests day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up youll be on the front lines making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able
Qualifications :
About you:
Youre a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
Youre a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You must have a current RSA and RSG certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
