Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool
Select Medical Float Pool: Travel to 6 locations within Central PA.
In this role the In-House Registered Nurse (RN) will travel among three Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals and three Inpatient Rehab Hospitals within Central PA based on Market Float Assignment and Staffing Guidelines.
- 6 week rotations at one of our six Central PA hospitals
- Full-Time 12 Hour Shifts
- Days & Nights Available
- Up to $15000 Sign on bonus available
- Pay range is dependent on years of experience: $50-$60 hourly shift differentials!

Responsibilities
- Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit
- Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment
- Timely and accurate documentation using appropriate systems
- Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
- Competence in Rapid Response and code events
- Instruct and counsel patients/families
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS is required at hire.
- ACLS is required within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years clinical experience; at least 1 year experience acute care or LTAC
- Clinical Experience: Med/surg Telemetry Step down PCU Trauma Acute Rehab
