Minimum Qualifications
Possession of a degree which includes an internship from a baccalaureate/university program in physicaltherapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Licensed to practice as a physical therapist in the state of practice.
Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience as a physical therapist or have a preceptor for a minimumof 6-8 weeks.
Current working knowledge of conditions of participation and home healthcare experience preferred.
Must accept responsibility for maintaining clinical practice skills learning and adhering to organizations
policies and procedures on an on-going basis.
Must be able to function in an environment with minimal direct supervision accepting personal responsibility
for maintaining professional relationships with agencys clients and families.
Must have current Drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work site.
Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics andadhere to the Compliance Program.
