The PAM Operations and Service Delivery Manager maintains the stability reliability and compliance of Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms with a focus on CyberArk technologies. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with managerial responsibilities to ensure PAM platforms are patched monitored and operating effectively while supporting business needs for onboarding offboarding and day-to-day privileged access requests. The manager also drives roadmap execution for account onboarding ensures alignment with PAM standards and establishes KPIs to measure service performance and compliance.
This is a remote position. You will report to the Director of PAM.
