What You Will Get To Do:

• Responsible for developing and managing technology projects including cost time and scope

• Responsible for project planning communication planning task allocation and milestone setting

• Create project and resource allocation plans to ensure projects and resources align

• Develop project schedules allowing for management and reporting of project status

• Incorporate Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies into network and unified communications project delivery

• Influence mentor and motivate project members without managerial authority to deliver projects on schedule

• Communicate project status to team members and stakeholders in a clear effective and timely manner

• Lead risk assessments document and manage mitigation strategies and triggers

• Lead issue identification and resolution process

• Align project objectives with company goals and ensure the Project Team is clear on objectives

• Work with management to align priority and delivery expectations

What You Will Bring:

• 5-7 years of experience working with engineering teams to deliver projects requiring coordination between multiple teams across a range of functional groups

• Experience facilitating executive level status meetings and reporting

• Experience working with IT infrastructure networking and unified communications teams

• Experience working autonomously and managing multiple projects at once

• Experience working with project tracking tools (e.g.; JIRA)

• Experience working on Agile teams

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills
