Job Summary

What youll do:
- Keep guest rooms and common areas spotless by removing trash dirty linens and debris
- Care for bed and bathroom linens including changing collecting transporting and restocking clean sets
- Maintain clean floors with the right toolsvacuum broom mop and steam cleaner
- Dust and shine all surfaces including windows blinds mirrors furniture and doors
- Thoroughly sanitize bathrooms (toilets tubs sinks showers and floors)
- Refresh kitchens by cleaning appliances sanitizing counters emptying refrigerators and running dishwashers
- Restock guest supplies so every stay feels welcoming
- Handle lost-and-found items responsibly
- Report maintenance issues damaged or missing items and any changes in the room condition
- Verify kitchen and room inventory documenting as needed
- Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain tidy and organized housekeeping storage spaces
- Clean shared resort areas such as the lobby hallways game room and laundry facilities
- Take on other housekeeping tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
- High school diploma GED or equivalent experience
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with good judgment
- Comfortable interacting with both guests and team members
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Drivers License (may be required at some resorts)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
- Ability to frequently lift/move 1025 lbs. and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
