General Summary
Responsible for planning maintaining and managing inventory for PAP therapy. Provide primary support to Sleep Medicine Division working closely with Sleep Manager and staff to maintain a new team environment.
Principal Responsibilities and Tasks

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory of supply and products. Investigate and resolve any inconsistencies with inventory.
- Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies.
- Develop rapport with suppliers and analyze various suppliers to ensure the company is receiving the best cost-effective value.
- Create detailed report for adjustments inventory operations volumes.
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs.
- Schedule patients for all PAP Therapy Home Sleep Testing and visits for the Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine lab.
- Obtain and verify patients demographic and insurance information during the patient intake process. Obtain authorizations for sleep studies and PAP therapy if required by payor.
- Relay insurance information to patients regarding PAP therapy coverage and coinsurances due at time of service.
- Process orders for new setup and resupplies and work on assigned tasks in a timely manner in PAP related software program.
- Download patient PAP compliance reports for PAP services and equipment rentals. Follow up with patient on compliance reports.
- Make recommendations to management about improvements and issues with inventory.
- Train new employees.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an inventory role.
- Knowledge of medical insurance coverage and coinsurances.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Sleep medicine terminology knowledge preferred
