Lead scope development and estimates; execute/manage plant projects from FEP/FEL/FEED to handoff.
Create review and redline P&IDs spec sheets and equipment drawings and develop M&E balances and PFDs.
Participate in HAZOPs and MOC/What-If reviews and ensure documentation aligns with HSE compliance.
Troubleshoot chemistry/quality issues process upsets and equipment failures and recommend optimization and debottlenecking projects.
Mentor and train engineers; provide DCS instrumentation/hardware guidance and startup leadership.
Build internal tools and monthly KPI reporting; support plant budgeting for CIP/major maintenance.
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring
BS in Chemical Engineering.
10 years in chemical manufacturing with at least 4 years focused in sulfur chemistry.
A proven record of implementing non-standard process solutions and reverse-engineering equipment.
Strong independence and prioritization and excellent communication with cross-functional partners.
A safety-first mindset and experience leading HAZOP/MOC and startup best practices.
Team leadership experience and the ability to influence across Operations HSE and Project Services.
