Associate Manager- Data Architect

To support its growth Sia Partners is recruiting a Data Architect Manager with strong expertise in Data Architecture Data Modeling Data Engineering and great client communications. You will join the global Data & AI capability at Sia Partners consisting of 300 Data & AI professionals located across Europe North America and Asia. You will be part of the growing US Data & AI team focusing on various Data assignments in a variety of business domains. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Leading Data Projects: Manage the delivery of Data projects working across several clients in the US. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and convert them into effective data solutions.
• Lead the development and implementation of data models data integration processes and data governance frameworks.
• Ensure data quality consistency and security across all data platforms and systems.
• Evaluate and recommend data management technologies and tools to enhance data capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data architects and data engineers.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in data architecture.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in data architecture data governance and data strategy.
• Proven experience with data warehousing ETL processes and database design.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Azure) are a plus.

Office Workplace Guidelines  

Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client business and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locationsNew York City Charlotte Seattle and San Franciscoare expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week.
