Regional Transport & Trade Contract Manager, Logistics Region Europe – full-time – permanent

WHAT YOULL DO

Our Logistics Region Europe comprises of three Clusters: Central-East North and South Europe where H&M operates logistics centres.

As Regional Transport & Trade Contract Manager youll lead vendor and contract management for Transport & Trade categories across the Logistics Region. Youll ensure optimal contractual setups drive supplier performance and align commercial strategies with regional and global goals. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage the full contract lifecycle: renewals amendments terminations
• Analyse contracts for quality cost risk and performance
• Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and internal policies
• Coordinate vendor performance reviews and strategic meetings
• Develop and maintain vendor scorecards to drive efficiency
• Align regional commercial strategy with global objectives
• Maintain accurate contract data for benchmarking and improvement
• Standardize contracts SLAs and rate cards with operations teams
• Communicate contract terms and obligations to stakeholders
• Provide training on contract and vendor management processes
• Stay informed on logistics KPIs risks and sustainability opportunities

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to drive commercial excellence and ensure optimal vendor performance. Your main collaboration partners will be:

• Regional Transport & Trade Operations
• Central Commercial Category Teams
• Legal & Compliance
• Finance & Controlling
• Local CTOCs & DC Teams

Qualifications :

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with

• A relevant university degree in a related field; a background in corporate law is a strong plus
• Deep expertise in vendor and contract management for logistics services ideally gained in a similar role within a regional or multi-market setup  with solid knowledge of global standards and local legislation
• Strong understanding of logistics supplier requirements including compliance sustainability and performance criteria
• Good analytical and financial acumen with a focus on driving customer value and profitability
• Proven experience in transportation sourcing across complex multi-market environments
• Ability to independently draft and present deliverables recommendations and communication strategies
• A structured working style with a flexible and pragmatic approach to secure quick wins
• Business fluent in English
