- Lead the development implementation and ongoing management of the offer strategy for the Trade segment.
- Analyze Trade CTG customers Needs including Product Quality and Packaging.
- Develop and introduce core assortment for each Trade CTG.
- Constantly monitor sales performance market trends and competitor activities to ensure METROs offerings stay relevant and ahead of the competition.
- Develop and implement category/product level pricing strategy for Trade that creates value for the customers and METRO.
- Continuously explore new opportunities for growth and innovation within the Trade market.
- Ensure that offers are effectively communicated to customers ensuring visibility and driving engagement.
- Act as the key liaison between METRO Cross Functional Teams and external suppliers to ensure timely plan roll outs and stock availability.
- Regularly report on offer performance and make data-driven recommendations to adjust strategies and improve overall business outcomes within the Trade sector.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelors degree preferably Business Management with a specialization in Sales and / or Marketing or related subjects.
Additional Information :
5-7 years experience in Sales Management Role.
