As a Business Analyst you play a central role in helping our clients shape their digital transformation journey. You will analyze needs define requirements and ensure business and IT are perfectly aligned.
Youll work on diverse missions across sectors tailoring your skills to each context and applying different modeling methodologies and techniques. You will collaborate closely with both business and technical teams ensuring clarity quality and value at every step.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and documenting business needs translating them into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Modeling business processes using BPMN UML and other relevant frameworks.
- Creating structured documentation such as use cases data models and test scenarios.
- Supporting Agile delivery through backlog management user stories and sprint planning.
- Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure shared understanding.
- Continuously learning and applying new methodologies to improve business analysis practices.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting software development or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (especially Scrum).
- Experience with functional analysis techniques and testing strategies.
- Proficiency with JIRA or similar project tracking tools.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL and familiarity with XML or other structured data formats.
- Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Understanding of DevOps cloud platforms (AWS Azure etc.) CI/CD or backend languages (Java ).
- Knowledge or experience in the financial insurance or public sector.
- Exposure to data-related projects data analysis or data modeling concepts.
