Job Summary
- Process engineer for Heat treatment process and take ownership of responsibility to secure safety quality cost and delivery targets.
Roles and Responsibilities
Planning task:
- Standardization and documentation maintenance including FMEA CP WI AM Engineering changing of current HT process covering hardening deep cooling tempering and other pre- or post- processes for all existing products: Valve piece Nozzle body Air bearing.
- Leading or drive process or product related problem solving and develop prevention solutions in systematic way by using a various method of 8D PSS Shainin etc. and finally contribute value stream KPIs in MOE6
- Leading or drive systematic CIP projects and activities to contribute process excellence for HT process e.g. cycle time reduction scrap reduction and process optimization output increase.
- Coordination of cost related topics including Investment planning & tracking and capacity planning of HT processes.
- Knowledge and technical experience exchanging with leadplants and IPN benchmarking in IPN for HT process
- New MAE concept and existing MAE overhauling concept discussion & preparation purchasing acceptance and release for SOP
Process optimization or development:
- Process optimization for existing HT process or development based on industrialization requirement for new business & new use case.
- Acquire and apply state-of-the-art knowledge always looking for continuous improvement of processes measurement and control systems.
- Initiate projects or activities using BPS methodology I4.0 approach and automation technologies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications Requirement
- Education:
- Master degree or above in material science major or related is preferred
- 211 university or above
- Language: Fluent English communication and presentation German is a plus
Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience
- Mindset: Innovative and continuous improvement mindset Problem solving and analytic thinking eager to learn and contribute sensitive with new technology and digital tool in terms of I4.0 perspective.
- Working practice: fast reaction flexibility and coping under difficult situations in a collaborative way
- Experience: Metal Material technology related in an international company is preferred
- Know-how: Familiar with HT process and technologies know about the HT machines and HT related devices/tools.
