Job Summary
Nite lines USA is currently looking to bring a PRN Case Manager foran immediate start to the team!Again we are seeking for immediate start date
Please note traveling (within Metro Area; out of Metro Area)/court/case management/interaction with our external stakeholders is all part of the job. PRN CM will be assigned a County Supervisor to provide guidance as they are assigned a caseload/case. Caseload averaging 15 cases.
PRN CM will have access to our Documentation System (SHINES) within 15 days date of the time being PRN CM will document all contacts in a word document and submit to their assigned Supervisor. The Supervisor will enter said notes into the system.
Equipment:PRN CM will receive a state issued Labtop/Tablet State Badge to have access in/out the building State Cell Phone assigned office workspace
Office Days:Monday Wednesday Thursday & Friday (or other deemed requirements by the Supervisor Administrator Program Director)
Reporting Time:9am-5:00pm
Please note Child Welfare is not an 8-5 or 9-5 job; however any hours worked past 8 hours there is a prior discussion/approval with PRN CM and DFCS County Supervisor whether to Flex time (come into work the next day delayed time and end a workday early) will be givenand/orovertime placed on their timecard with justification.
Contract Timeframe:As the demand of the agency typically its 30-90 days.
