What you will do:
We are looking for a creative and organized professional to manage and execute email marketing campaigns and our blog.
- Plan create and execute email marketing campaigns;
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements based on results;
- Participate in customer segmentation for personalized and effective email marketing campaigns;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency in communication;
- Manage the editorial calendar and content publishing on the blog;
- Create and review content for emails and blog articles aligned with the brand strategy;
- Optimize blog content based on SEO best practices.

What are we looking for:
- Degree in Communication and/or Advertising;
- Training in Digital Marketing or related fields is a plus.
- Between 3 and 5 years of proven experience in email marketing using platforms such as Mailjet Hermes or others;
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience in blog management and content insertion in CMS;Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing;
- Excellent writing and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze data and propose improvements based on metrics;
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics PBI or Looker Studio;
- Organization attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
