What Youll Do :

• Ensure the performance security and availability of IT infrastructures (systems networks Cloud telecom).

• Define technical orientations of IT and application projects and establish specifications with teams.

• Act as the technical reference supporting implementation and leading architecture and design decisions.

• Provide technical guidance and foster the skills development of administrators and engineers.

• Define and enforce technical best practices ensure documentation and maintainability of solutions.

• Collaborate with Security teams to guarantee compliance (incl. GxP) and infrastructure resilience.

• Identify and assess technical risks validate solutions through comprehensive evaluations.

• Design and oversee test plans ensuring solution stability and quality.

• Optimize IT operations by introducing automation and streamlining environments.

• Contribute to solving complex incidents and support project and run teams.

• Conduct technology watch to propose relevant and innovative improvements.

Who You Are :

• Degree in IT Information Systems or related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in technical roles (networks systems security) with significant architecture exposure.

• Strong expertise in networking operating systems (Windows/Linux) security and Cloud.

• Understanding of IT/OT environments ideally within pharmaceutical or regulated industries.

• Strong soft skills: organization leadership persuasion team building pedagogy mentorship.

• Fluent in French and English both spoken and written.
