Were looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer to join our Modernisation Team based in Mascot NSW.

What will you be doing

  • Identify optimal technical solutions for non-standard and modernization cases

  • Participates in customer meetings and answers customers technical questions when needed

  • Coordinate specification compliance with the sales team

  • Ensure that the proposed solution fulfils local codes regulations and safety requirements

  • Provide content for pre-tender and pre-booking reviews (technical solutions costs lead times risks verification of technical content in contracts)

  • Responsible for solution costing

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering

  • Relevant engineering experience in the elevator business highly desired

  • 2 years experience in a highly regulated industry

  • Experience with AutoCAD & 2D desirable

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity

  • Ability to read technical drawings and translate customer needs into technical specifications

  • Proven ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team while managing time and priorities effectively
