Job Summary
The Licensing Analyst is responsible for handling the entire licensing lifecycle for medical providers across all 50 states. This includes initial applications renewals verifications and maintenance of accurate licensing records. The ideal candidate will be highly organized diligent and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This role includes significant elements of project management risk identification relationship management and multi-variable analysis.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 year of experience in medical provider licensing credentialing or related field.
- Excellent organizational time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- 2 years in project management
- In-depth knowledge of state medical licensing requirements and processes across multiple states.
- Experience with online licensing portals and databases including database management and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
