Civil Engineer Land Development Designer (Full-Time)

A dynamic multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineering Design Professional to join its growing team of engineers planners and land surveyors. Key Responsibilities
Design a wide variety of subdivision and land development projects across sectors including residential commercial retail industrial and institutional.
Review and apply zoning subdivision/land development stormwater and other regulatory agency requirements for project compliance.
Assist senior project designers and engineers with technical components of site design.
Prepare or support preparation of:
Sketch plans and site layouts
Grading utility and road profile plans
Subdivision and land development submission packages and design reports
Apply basic knowledge of stormwater management and erosion & sediment control design principles.
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydroflow stormwater software to assist in plan production and stormwater analysis.
Coordinate project goals and timelines with project managers and team members during regular check-ins.
Maintain consistent communication with colleagues regarding task progress and deadline expectations.
Effectively manage time across multiple projects and responsibilities.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
23 years of progressive experience in private subdivision and land development design
EIT certification preferred
Familiarity with:
Completion of relevant continuing education or industry coursework (preferred)
