This role designs systems and interfaces that empower creatives to work with intelligent toolswhether that means developing adaptive brand systems building design automation frameworks or exploring how custom image and video models become part of the creative process.
Youll collaborate with engineers and researchers to prototype and refine new experiences that make creative workflows faster and smarter. You might design internal tools that power creative teams or invent new interaction patterns for humanAI collaboration across visual motion and generative spaces.
Above all this designer brings a tinkerers mindsetexperimenting iterating and learning through building. Prototypes are used as thinking tools evolving concepts through feedback and exploration.
8 years of experience in product systems or interaction designideally across tools or platforms for creative professionals.
Strong design craft with a systems mentality and fluency in scalable automation.
Experience designing for AI-assisted or automated workflows.
Technical comfort working with APIs rendering pipelines or creative scripting.
Hands-on skill with prototyping tools (Figma code or low-fi mockups).
Bonus points for experience with creative automation brand systems or model-based workflows (image video motion).
Passion for accessibility scalability and inclusive design principles.
Think in systems but design with empathy.
Love prototypingand see experimentation as your design superpower.
Have experience shaping or maintaining large-scale brand systems and can apply that thinking to intelligent creative tools.
Are motivated by defining what creativity looks like in the age of automation and AI!
Enjoy working at the intersection of craft curiosity and technology.
Preferred Accessibility Design Skills
Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
Familiarity with WCAG standards and testing for accessibility compliance.
Certifications such as CPACC WAS CPWA or ADS from IAAP are a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$265400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
