Short Description
- Processes incoming correspondence and bank deposits
- Processes check requests. Maintains expense log
- Monitors supplies and place orders
- Processes medical records via insurance requests
- Retrieves copy of explanation of benefits (EOBs) via insurance portals on an as needed basis
- Supports billing team requests as needed
- Participate as requested in cross training efforts to ensure maximal use of staff skills and maintain full coverage for all billing functions
- Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management
Experience Required
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Demonstrated competency of the use of computer applications billing information systems and Microsoft Office applications

High school diploma or equivalent required
