Position Overview

Servers at The Wicked Pig are the heartbeat of the guest experience outgoing knowledgeable and always one step ahead. You bring the energy to the room guiding guests through our menu of crave-worthy plates and imaginative drinks while ensuring every table leaves with a story to tell.

Key Responsibilities

Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm setting the tone for a fun engaging experience.
Guide guests through our menu offering recommendations on shared plates and signature Wicked cocktails.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery of all items.
Collaborate with bar and kitchen teams to maintain seamless and efficient service.
Read the room anticipate guest needs adjust to the vibe and create a memorable energetic environment.
Maintain a clean organized and visually appealing section.
Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
Uphold all health safety and alcohol service standards.
Contribute to pre-shift meetings menu tastings and team initiatives that keep service consistent and exciting.

Qualifications

1 years of serving experience in a high-energy bar or restaurant.
Outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality and teamwork.
Strong knowledge (or eagerness to learn) about craft cocktails beer and shared-plate service.
Ability to multitask stay organized and keep cool under pressure.
Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
