- ReviewsandunderstandsallaspectsoftheBEO.
- Knowledgeofallallergiesanddietaryrestrictionsfortheevent.
- Ensuresthedeliveryofallfoodandbeveragetotheguests.
- Maintainthecleanlinessoftheeventsspaceandtheentirevenue.
- Followsupervisorsinstructionscommunicatewithandsupportco-workerswhilebeingateam player.
- Possessesin-depthknowledgeofallfoodandbeveragebeingservedthe venueandthecompany.
- Servesallalcoholicbeveragesinaccordancewithallstateregulationsandalcoholawareness trainingstandards.
- ComplieswithDepartmentofHealthandcompany sanitationstandards.
- CommunicatestheneedsofthegueststoBanquetandHeart-of-Housesupport staffmanagersandchefs.
- Properlysets-upeventstationsandperforms otheropening/closingproceduresasdirected bymanagementincluding:
