Be the Driving Force Behind Our Production Excellence
As our Production Supervisor youll lead and oversee production teams on your assigned shiftensuring efficiency quality and safety across all operations. Youll collaborate across departments analyze production trends and empower your team to meet and exceed performance goals. Your leadership will directly shape the reliability precision and innovation that define 5th Axis.
What Youll Do Here
- Lead train and manage production employees to meet daily objectives and uphold our high standards.
- Oversee the workflow output and safety of your assigned shift.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to align goals and streamline operations.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Inspect products to ensure adherence to quality standards and address any defects.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards safety protocols and company policies.
- Ensure equipment is maintained safe and operationalresolving issues quickly.
- Accurately complete and verify all production documentation.
- Coach team members to strengthen skills and close performance gaps.
What Youll Bring
- 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or machining environment.
- Strong leadership communication and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows quality control and safety standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Epicor ERP experience is a plus.
- Blueprint reading and mechanical knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hands-on production setting.
