Job Summary
Regional Manager Childrens Dental FunZone (West Covina CA)
Full-Time Pay Range: $70000 $95000 annually
Childrens Dental FunZone is a fast-growing multi-location pediatric dental practice with 17 offices across Southern California. Were passionate about creating a fun welcoming environment for kids and their families while delivering top-quality dental care.
Were seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to oversee operations at our Santa Ana location ensuring efficiency excellence and a positive culture that supports both our patients and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the West Covina office team to meet company goals and deliver outstanding patient experiences.
Manage daily operations including staffing scheduling and office performance.
Provide coaching mentorship and training to managers and staff.
Analyze KPIs production goals and operational reports to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Partner with executive leadership to implement new processes strategies and company initiatives.
Foster a positive team-oriented culture while ensuring accountability.
Qualifications:
45 years of Dental Management or Regional/District Management experience required.
Strong knowledge of HMO PPO and Denti-Cal.
Proven ability to lead large teams (15 staff).
Strong organizational communication and leadership skills.
Ortho experience preferred but not required.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
