Job Summary
Registered Dietitian
Nutrition That Works LLC is seeking a registered dietitianto support a long-term care facility in Oklahoma City OK.

Highlights of the Role:
Location: Oklahoma City OK
Schedule: 16-40hours/weekonsite hours preferred
Facility Type: Short-term rehab and long-term care
Start Date: November 3 2025
Experience: LTC and MDS experiencepreferred (not required)
Your AssignmentWill Include:
- Completingnutritional assessments and maintaining documentation
- Documentingwith the Nutrition Care Process in the electronic medical recordsystem
- Collaborating withthe interdisciplinary care plan team andfood service team
- Calculations and recommendations for enteralfeedings
- Making recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
- Completing MDS includingSection K and Section V (CAA)
- Maintaining confidentiality and patient information in accordance with HIPAA
Requirements:
- Credentialed as aRegistered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)through the CDR
- Licensed in OK (must be active prior to start date)
- Must pass a pre-employment screening process including background and health checks
