We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco and Aruba networking equipment cloud technologies and firewall management.
Position Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain network infrastructure using Cisco and Aruba technologies.
- Configure and manage firewalls to ensure network security and data protection.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal network operation.
- Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to accommodate business needs.
- Implement and manage cloud-based networking solutions and services.
- Collaborate with IT team members to integrate network solutions with other IT systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations processes and service records.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven 5-7 years experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco and Aruba networking equipment.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure.
- Proficient in firewall configuration and management.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA CCNP Aruba Certified or similar are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with network monitoring and performance tools.
- Familiarity with network security best practices and protocols.
- Experience with scripting or automation tools.
