Key Responsibilities:
- Identify develop and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized IT solutions (ERP CRM Cloud AI Data Analytics etc.).
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare accurate forecasts pipelines and account plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business IT Engineering or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development (preferably IT solutions or consulting).
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (Oracle SAP Salesforce IBM Boomi etc.).
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking customer focus and consultative selling approach.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and engagements.
- Strong understanding of enterprise solutions (ERP CRM HCM Data Analytics AI Cloud and System Integration).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to formulate sales strategy to achieve sales quota.
