Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance Solicitor
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading law firms in Dublin recognised for its highly-regarded Debt Capital Markets & Structured Finance team. Youll work alongside experienced lawyers advising a broad range of Irish and international clients on complex and high-value transactions. Whether youre drafting legal documents engaging in business development or supporting clients on high-profile deals this role provides ample opportunities for career development and exposure to high-quality work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on debt capital markets and structured finance transactions including securitisations loan portfolio acquisitions and private credit.
Work on complex transactions such as green bond issuances corporate debt issuance programmes and structured debt issuances.
Draft clear effective legal documents and provide commercial solutions in line with client goals.
Contribute to business development participating in thought leadership and exploring new work opportunities.
Collaborate with clients senior lawyers and cross-functional teams to manage high-value transactions.
The Ideal Candidate
0-3 years PQE with a background in finance structured finance or debt capital markets.
Strong academic credentials with excellent analytical and technical skills.
A commercial mindset able to manage multiple priorities and clients in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of collaboration within teams.
Prior experience in DCM or structured finance is an advantage but not essential.
