Business Development Manager Hybrid Glasgow Office


Professional Solutions SaaS Outbound Sales 32K base / 70K OTE

Were looking for a Business Development Manager to join a growing team in Glasgow. This is a full 360 outbound role where youll own the sales process from first touch to close. If youre commercially minded proactive and serious about building a sales career this is a strong move.

What youll be doing

  • Building and managing your own outbound pipeline via cold calls email LinkedIn and content

  • Running tailored demos for SME and enterprise prospects

  • Closing deals and managing your own sales targets

  • Keeping your pipeline organised and accurate in the CRM

  • Working alongside marketing to align on messaging and content

What were looking for

  • 1-3 years B2B sales experience ideally in SaaS or a professional services environment

  • Strong outbound sales skills including cold calling and social selling

  • Confident presenting and running sales demos

  • Self-starter with ambition energy and accountability

  • Based near Glasgow and happy to be in the office three days a week
