Photo Comparison Technology Project

The Photo Comparison Technology (PCT) project is responsible to procure a solution for photo comparison. The project will work through a non-competitive procurement with the existing vendors to ensure continuity to service delivery while going through an open competitive procurement for a new vendor.

The vendor is onboarded and the team is working on integrating the new vendor services and Information with existing systems and processes while backing out the previous vendors. Integration includes planning IT system development and testing adjustments to business processes training and finally decommissioning.

One of the tasks in PCT project scope is to ensure existing reporting meets business requirements with the new vendor solution.
