What Youll Be Doing

As a Data Science Co-op on our Marketing Data Science team you will support the development of our AI-powered Marketing Engine a critical capability in realizing our digital-centric world-class marketing vision. Reporting to the Director Marketing Data Science you will work alongside experienced data scientists to help shape the way we engage customers through intelligent real-time decisioning.

You will have the opportunity to:

Assist in Designing & Developing Machine Learning Models: Support predictive modeling and optimization projects that enable customer experience.

Contribute to Model Deployment: Help build and test components of ML pipelines focusing on scalability and production-readiness.

Work with Big Data & AI Platforms: Gain hands-on experience with Databricks Spark and cloud-based ML tools to process large-scale customer interaction data.

Support Marketing Activation: Collaborate with marketing technology and data teams to integrate AI into digital and direct marketing campaigns.

Participate in Experimentation & Continuous Learning: Assist in developing A/B testing frameworks and analyze results to improve AI-driven recommendations.

How Youll Succeed

Work closely with cross-functional teams and learn from experienced professionals.
Apply classroom knowledge to real business challenges deepening your skills in Python Spark SQL and cloud ML tools.
Be eager to learn new concepts in machine learning digital marketing and data science and actively seek feedback.
Develop your ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Who You Are

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science Mathematics Statistics Engineering or related discipline).
Familiarity with Python SQL and data science concepts; exposure to Spark and cloud ML platforms (Azure Databricks) is an asset.
Passion for marketing and AI-driven customer engagement.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Motivated to learn adapt and contribute to a fast-paced innovative environment.
