Key Responsibilities

Oversee leasing teams and operations across both communities
Manage leasing activities and performance through Entrata
Develop and execute social media and field marketing strategies
Create engaging content for listings campaigns and community promotions
Partner with Property Managers to align marketing and leasing goals
Plan and support on-site events that drive engagement and occupancy

What Were Looking For

Experience in multifamily leasing management (multi-site experience preferred)
Skilled in Entrata social media and content creation
Strong team leadership and communication abilities
Creative approach to marketing and outreach
Passion for delivering an exceptional resident experience
