What Youll Do:
Youll oversee all aspects of our housekeeping operations focusing on:
- Leading Your Team: Recruit train and develop housekeeping and laundry staff fostering a positive and high-performing environment.
- Ensuring Impeccable Standards: Maintain high cleanliness standards across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Operational Efficiency: Manage budgets optimize staffing control inventory and ensure compliance with all safety and company standards.
- Guest Satisfaction: Promptly address guest concerns and implement programs to enhance their experience.
Were Looking For:
- 3 years of housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (preferred).
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform job requirements.
