Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and driven Commercial Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive ranging from $60000 to $250000 based on experience and book size.
- Commission Structure:
- New Business: 40%
- Renewals: 20%
- Post-validation (3-4 years): 65%/15%
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a personal book of business by developing strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various verticals including but not limited to real estate.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leverage company resources to deliver exceptional client solutions.
- Actively participate in sales and retention meetings contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Manage client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are required.
- Experience: Open to candidates with varying levels of experience from new producers to seasoned professionals. A proven track record of building and managing client relationships is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on generating new business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with EPIC software is preferred.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated goal-oriented and committed to achieving and exceeding targets.
